All items are 100% handmade, which means each item may exhibit natural handmade marks, slight asymmetry, or color variations. These characteristics are part of their unique charm and do not constitute quality issues. If you like machine-like perfection and uniformity, please order with caution.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact us promptly. We will process a full refund, and the funds will be returned via the original payment method.

Return Conditions

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons within 7 days of receiving it, please email us at kathyxiong.sales@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos of the item. The return must meet the following conditions:

1.The item must be intact, undamaged, unused, and with tags still attached, ensuring it can be resold.

2.You will be responsible for any international shipping costs, duties, and other related fees incurred during the return.

3.Please use a traceable shipping method for the return. The shipping risk is borne by the customer until the package is received by us.

Friendly Suggestion

Due to the high costs associated with international returns, we recommend considering selling the item through second-hand platforms or local markets if the return is not due to quality issues. This may be a more economical and environmentally friendly option.
